About Me
I’m Kate Silveness, a lifelong explorer of the mind, body, and spirit, dedicated to guiding others on their journey to clarity, healing, and empowerment. My work blends science, spirituality, and deep personal transformation, offering a truly holistic approach to growth and well-being.
I first qualified with a licence to practice acupuncture in 1999, grounding my work in a deep understanding of body-mind connections. For over 25 years, I’ve been a Reiki Master and Coach, integrating energy healing with practical coaching techniques to support real, lasting change. My studies have taken me through deep bodywork, massage, rebirthing, hypnotherapy, crystal healing, and mind-body energy work, giving me a broad toolkit for working with personal transformation at every level.
My path has also led me into Tantra and Shamanism, both as healing arts and as ways of walking between worlds. I have trained in soul retrieval, spirit-world navigation, and deep shamanic healing, helping people reclaim lost parts of themselves and reconnect with their true essence.
For the last 20 years, I have offered a wide range of services, including Professional Friendship and Accountability Coaching—a unique, down-to-earth approach for those who need honest support, guidance, and a trusted companion on their journey. Starting me on a new journey into the Counselling worlds as a student.
I also host the Dark Moon podcast, where I explore the intersections of occultism, psychology, and personal empowerment. Whether through my podcast, my shop Weaves of Waves, or my one-on-one sessions, my goal is to help you cut through the noise, find your truth, and step into your own power.
